Returns & Replacement
We are a young brand, and every order means the world to us. While we currently do not offer monetary refunds, we care deeply about your experience.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during shipping, or does not fit you correctly, we will offer you a replacement piece at a discounted price (up to 40% off the original price). This helps us keep our prices fair and our operations sustainable.
How to claim:
1. Send proof within 7 days of delivery to vyayama.in@gmail.com (order number + clear photos/video of the issue).
2. We will verify within 2 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive a unique discount code to buy a fresh replacement piece at a reduced price (discount depends on the issue).
4. You keep the original item – no return shipping required.
Sale/clearance items are covered for genuine defects but not for size exchanges.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. Orders below ₹2499 incur a flat fee of ₹149.
Delivery time:
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days (major cities may be faster).
- Express delivery (optional, at checkout): 2–4 business days – additional charges shown before payment.
Order tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Registered users can also track from the Account page.
We ship Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it – no questions asked. Email us at vyayama.in@gmail.com with your order number.
After 6 hours, the order may have already been packed or shipped. In that case, please wait to receive the package, then follow our Returns & Replacement process.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email, phone, and address only to process and deliver your order. We never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment information is handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. You can request deletion of your account at any time – just email us.

By using vyayama.in, you agree to our policies as described on this page. All product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. We reserve the right to update these policies without prior notice – changes will be posted here.
